This cluster consists of four 486SX16 Compaq Aero sub-notebook computers connected only by TTL_PAPERS network hardware. This easily portable cluster, shown above, is widely known as the "TTL_PAPERS Microcluster," and has been used at many conferences and workshops to demonstrate the basic technology.
